Businesses will learn:
- Understanding the purpose of cash flow management in a small business
-Make cash flow projections based on the cash cycle
- Identify some ways to manage cash flow, including receivables and payables.
- Work more effectively with technical experts


~10:00-11:00- ‘Taking the Unknown out of Tax Planning’ with Rick Morgan of J. Richard Morgan, CPA; PLLC
Participants will learn:
-How to predict their businesses' federal, state and local tax liabilities
-Prepare for tax obligations and establish proper accounts
-Obtain the proper licenses for their business and meet reporting requirements

~11:00-12:00- ‘How to Start a Business in the State of Arkansas’ with Chauncey Holloman Pettis, AWBC Director.
Is a light-hearted, yet dense, training that takes the guess work out launching a small business in Arkansas. Geared towards startups and early stage companies, this training focuses on topics such as: Lean Canvas, Registering your entity with SoS, Business Licenses, EIN’s and Inexpensive best practices.
