The Murphy Arts District (MAD) has announced that “The Long Run – America’s Favorite Tribute to the Eagles,” will perform Saturday, July 31st in the First Financial Music Hall. The performance will start at 7pm with doors opening at 6pm. Seating is reserved. Tickets will go on sale to MAD Members Wednesday, June 16th, 10am, CDT and to the public Friday, June 18th, 10am, CDT.

The Long Run is made up of some of Florida’s finest and most respected musicians. Individual members of the band have performed with or shared the stage with great artists like Lynyrd Skynyrd, Steppenwolf, Eddie Money, Beach Boys, .38 Special, Doobie Brothers, and Trace Adkins…just to name a few.

The band reproduces the sound that made the Eagles one of the most successful musical groups in rock and roll history. They capture the energy, guitar technique and vocal harmonies of the Eagles to an art; five voices blending together that will please even the most critical of Eagles fans.

“We’ve had great success with touring tribute acts. When “The Long Run” approached us about a show, we jumped on it. We have a lot of classic rock fans in this area and hope they are just as excited as we are to have the next best thing to the Eagles. The Long Run tours across the country with high praises from fans and we are happy they decided to bring their tour to El Dorado,” said Pam Griffin, MAD President and CEO.
